American National Bank uses the latest technology
to provide imaged statements for Checking, NOW and Money Market
customers.
Balancing is Easier with Image Statements
At American National Bank, we are always looking for
new services to offer our customers. The image statement will
save you time, and make balancing your accounts easier and more
convenient.
What is an "Image Statement" ?
With an imaged statement, you receive pictures of the front
side of your posted checks instead of your cancelled checks.
This system uses state of the art digital technology to convert
your checks to scanned images. When it is time to prepare your
statement, the system retrieves your check images and laser
prints them on pre-punched paper for easy storage in your American
National Bank three ring binder. |

| Helpful Hints about
Image Statements |
| • |
Images of certain styles of scenic
checks may appear dark and difficult to read. We can help you
select more "image friendly checks." |
| • |
Black inks show up best
in an image environment. Colored inks such as blue or red may
not be as visible. |
| • |
When using computer generated checks,
dot matrix printers with worn ribbons may reduce image quality.
Changing ribbons regularly enhances image quality |

Benefits of Imaged Statements
Image processing offers several benefits to you as a
customer, including: |
| • |
Better statement quality. |
| • |
Easier statement and check storage.
Your checks will be imaged in check number order. The date the
check was posted, check number, and amount of the check will
be visibly printed underneath each check image. |
| • |
Enhanced bank research capabilities.
In the event you need information or copies of statements or
items that we have processed, they can be made available in
a very short period of time. |
