Business Manager

American National Bank is the first lender in south Florida to offer a unique program called BusinessManager®. Unlike a traditional line of credit, this program converts your customer invoices instantly into cash in your account so you no longer have to wait 30, 60, 90 days or longer to get paid. With instant access to your profit, you have the capital on hand to add staff to keep up with growing demand, purchase new equipment or technology to stay current, buy inventory quickly when you find the best deal, or take advantage of new growth opportunities in your industry. The program provides you with detailed management reports outlining critical information about your billings, so you can effectively conduct business on an all-cash basis, all for the same cost you would typically offer your customers who pay with credit cards or who take advantage of discounted payment terms you may give for fast pay.

Commercial Real Estate Loans

We provide competitively priced acquisition financing or refinancing for a wide range of property types, including investment and owner-occupied real estate, retail, office, industrial, multifamily residential, and self-storage. Subject to appropriate underwriting, we will also consider hotel/motel financing and mortgages on properties purchased via a short sale. As a community bank dedicated to meeting the needs of clients in the south Florida area, we prefer to finance properties in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties.

Lines of Credit

We provide revolving lines of credit, both secured and unsecured, to provide the flexibility you need to maximize trade discounts, carry receivables, purchase inventory, make general purchases, and for other short-term business needs. Typically, our lines are annually renewable with competitively low fees.

Term Loans

If you are a growing or successful business, in addition to facility financing and lines of credit, we also provide term loans to assist you in purchasing new equipment, machinery, vehicles, and more. We will also provide financing for capital improvement purposes or to expand your current facilities if you have outgrown them.
